About Lynnette
Lynnette Herrman built her legal foundation in the Midwest. She earned a B.A. in psychology from Wichita State University, studied law at Tulane University School of Law in 2004, and completed her J.D. at the University of Kansas School of Law in 2006. Those academic years set the stage for an active career in Kansas courtrooms and legal offices.
She moved quickly into practice after law school. In 2006 she established herself as an owner and lawyer at law. The following year she served as an assistant district lawyer in the Office of the District Lawyer for the 18th Judicial District of Kansas. That early prosecutorial work gave her regular courtroom exposure and a practical sense of litigation and case management.
Back in private practice by 2010, she pursued two tracks. She opened a sole proprietorship under her own name and also took an of counsel role at Beall & Mitchell, L.L.C. Those positions kept her engaged on a range of matters while allowing her to develop a personal client base. In 2016 she became a partner at Cameron & Herrman, P.A., a shift that expanded her collaborative practice experience and placed her in a firm leadership role.
In 2020 she transitioned to Herrman Law, LLC, listed under the title Lawyer At Law. That move returned her to a smaller firm setting and the responsibilities of running a firm practice. Over the years she has alternated between solo practice, firm partnership and of counsel arrangements. The pattern reflects a career shaped by both institutional roles and independent practice.
Her professional affiliations include membership in the Wichita Bar Association. She maintains active ties to the local bar and to the legal community in Wichita and the surrounding region. Those connections have been part of how she stays current on legal developments in Kansas and how she networks with fellow practitioners.
Colleagues and clients who have worked with her describe a lawyer who is familiar with courtroom procedures and capable of handling the demands of running a practice. She has managed cases across different settings and learned administrative aspects of law office ownership along the way.
She now practices at Herrman Law, LLC, representing clients in matters in Kansas.
