About Lynn A.
Lynn A. Bradley began her legal path after completing a sociology and criminal justice degree in 1989 and earning her J.D. in 1993. Her undergraduate studies at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania preceded three years at the University of Richmond School of Law, where she finished her law degree in the early 1990s. Those classroom years set the foundation for a steady career in Virginia law.
She joined Tucker Griffin Barnes early in her career and became a partner there in 1996. Over the decades that followed she maintained a steady presence in the courtroom and in bar activities. Her practice has been anchored in Virginia, where she has combined trial work with alternative dispute processes. Colleagues describe her as thorough in preparation and purposeful in court, and she has balanced litigation with roles that support professional education in her region.
Bradley’s professional memberships underline the areas that shape her daily work. She has belonged to the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association since 1997 and has been active in its workers’ compensation section. That long-standing connection has kept her current on practice developments and state-level trends in workplace injury law. Since 2008 she has been involved with the VTLA Pro Bono Committee, contributing time to representation that extends beyond paid practice.
Her interest in collaborative methods is clear. She has been a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Virginia Collaborative Professionals, and Central Virginia Collaborative Professionals since 2009. Those memberships run alongside local commitments, including service on the board of the Senior Center in Charlottesville starting in 2009 and a co-chair role on the Charlottesville Albemarle Bar Association’s CLE Committee beginning in 2007. She also served on the board of the National College for a term in 2006–2007.
The pattern is consistent: courtroom work balanced with professional service and continuing legal education. Bradley’s practice reflects that balance. She handles matters tied to workplace injuries and civil litigation and participates in collaborative dispute resolution forums. She is based at Tucker Griffin Barnes P.C., where she continues to practice in Virginia, concentrating on workers’ compensation, civil litigation and collaborative dispute resolution.
