About Louis

Louis Gasparini built his legal foundation at public institutions in New York. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the State University of New York at Oswego in 1999. He followed that with a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2002.

He entered private practice soon after law school. In 2003 he joined Carter, Conboy, Case, Blackmore, Maloney & Laird, PC as a senior associate lawyer. That position provided early courtroom exposure and introduced him to the demands of firm practice in upstate New York.

Five years later he moved into partnership. In 2008 he became a partner at Lynch Schwab, PLLC. Over the years his role there has involved working across the firm’s office locations. He splits time between the Hudson Valley office and the White Plains office, handling matters brought to those local practices.

Outside the office he maintains memberships in several bar groups. He is a member of the Albany County Bar Association. He also belongs to the Defense Research Institute and the Federal Bar Association. Those affiliations tie him to both local legal networks and national professional organizations.

Colleagues describe him as steady and workmanlike in approach. His career path shows a steady progression from associate to partner within a relatively short span. He has practiced in New York throughout his career and continues to be associated with a regional firm that maintains multiple offices.

Clients and other lawyers who have encountered him see someone comfortable operating in firm settings and in court. He draws on decades of day-to-day practice, courtroom work from his early years, and the responsibilities of partnership since 2008. He is known for navigating the procedural and strategic aspects of matters that come through the firm’s Hudson Valley and White Plains desks.

He currently practices at Lynch Schwab, PLLC, working from the firm’s Hudson Valley and White Plains offices and handling the civil matters that arrive at those locations.
