Lorraine Denice Gingery is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2006. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Gingery is the founder and principal attorney at Lorraine Law PC, a personal injury law firm located in Roseville, California. She has been practicing law for over 19 years, serving clients throughout the greater Sacramento area and surrounding counties in Northern California.
Ms. Gingery earned her Juris Doctor degree from Cal Northern School of Law, where she graduated in 2003. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at the University of Wyoming College of Law. During her time at Cal Northern, she worked full-time for a large personal injury law firm, gaining extensive hands-on experience and honing her negotiation skills.
Ms. Gingery concentrates her practice in the areas of personal injury law, including cases involving car accidents, premises liability, pedestrian accidents, and wrongful death. She represents individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others, guiding them through all stages of litigation, from initial case evaluation and discovery to settlement negotiations and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout her career, Ms. Gingery has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Placer, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding her own firm, she worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Roseville for several years.
Ms. Gingery is an active member of the Sacramento County Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice (AAJ). She is also a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College. Ms. Gingery is fluent in English, allowing her to effectively serve the diverse communities of Northern California.
