About Sean M.

Sean M. Patrick earned his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2012. He holds an M.B.A. from Ashford University, awarded in 2008, and a B.S. in Physiology from the University of California, Davis, completed in 2001. Those degrees form a varied academic foundation that informs how he approaches legal problems today.

After law school he entered practice in California and built a career that bridged business and technical subjects. In 2016 he became a shareholder and partner at Patrick Law P.C., a step that moved him into firm leadership. The title reflects both an ownership role and day-to-day responsibilities for matters that clients bring to the firm.

Patrick’s undergraduate training in physiology and his M.B.A. shape his work. He tends to approach legal questions with attention to technical detail and an eye for the commercial implications of legal choices. That combination can be useful in cases where facts overlap with business strategy. He uses those perspectives when counseling clients and developing case plans.

As a shareholder at Patrick Law P.C., Patrick has taken on responsibilities that go beyond isolated assignments. He participates in strategic decisions for the firm and oversees the handling of client matters. He also works directly with clients, explaining options and guiding them through legal processes. Colleagues describe him as methodical in how he evaluates evidence and economical in how he frames legal arguments.

His practice is based in California, and he maintains an office through Inimitable Law. He has adapted to changes in the legal market over the past decade, balancing client work with the administrative duties that come with firm leadership. He continues to handle matters that come through the firm while supporting newer attorneys on complex issues.

In 2026 Patrick continues to work in California, dividing his time between client advisory work and firm management. He currently concentrates his practice in California, carrying out client counseling and case work from his Inimitable Law office.
