Lisa B. Golan is an attorney based in Norcross, Georgia, specializing in employment law and civil rights. She has been practicing law for over 35 years, focusing on representing employees in cases involving employment discrimination and related disputes. She has also been the past President of the Georgia affiliate of the National Employment Lawyers Association and Chair of NELA-GA’s EEOC Liaison Committee. Ms. Golan is also committed to community service, volunteering as an attorney for organizations such as the American Diabetes Association, the Multiple Sclerosis Society, the Epilepsy Foundation Legal Defense Fund, the Cancer Legal Resource Center. The National Alliance for Mental Health. She frequently speaks on ADA and FMLA issues and writes a semi-monthly blog on these topics for the Gwinnett County Bar Association newsletter.
In recognition of her contributions to the field, Ms. Golan has been AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, selected as a Fellow by the American Bar Foundation. Named a Super Lawyer for her work representing employees in labor and employment disputes. She is fluent in English and conversational Spanish.
