About Lindsey M

Lindsey M White earned her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2011, after beginning her legal studies in 2008. She came to law school after undergraduate preparation and completed the three-year professional degree at a time when the legal landscape was shifting in response to economic and regulatory changes. Her education gave her grounding in core areas of law and the practical skills that new lawyers are expected to bring to client matters.

After law school, White became licensed to practice in Wisconsin. She has maintained active ties to the legal community in southeastern Wisconsin. Since 2016 she has been a member of both the Racine County Bar Association and the Kenosha County Bar Association. Those memberships reflect a pattern of local engagement, attending continuing legal education events and participating in the everyday professional exchange that bar associations provide.

White is on the roster of attorneys at Karp & Iancu, S.C. The firm offers a base from which she handles cases and advises clients. Colleagues describe her as steady in the courtroom and methodical in preparation. She brings to her work the analytic habits shaped by law school and early-career practice, and she relies on those habits when developing case strategy and managing client expectations.

Her day-to-day practice is rooted in the routines of regional litigation and transactional work that occupy many Wisconsin lawyers. She spends time in local courts and in conference with clients, building the record and moving cases toward resolution. The work requires attention to procedure and a familiarity with local rules and judges. It also calls for regular communication with clients about options and likely outcomes.

Outside of casework, White’s involvement in county bar associations places her among local peers who exchange perspectives on evolving legal questions. Those connections are practical. They help lawyers solve procedural puzzles, refer matters, and stay current on developments in Wisconsin law.

She continues to practice at Karp & Iancu, S.C., based in Wisconsin, where she concentrates her efforts on the matters brought to the firm’s offices and the regional courts in which she appears.
