Cases typically involve detailed discussions with clients about their wishes and the best strategies to protect their assets and ensure their legacy. Before joining Plafzgraf, Beinhauer & Menzies, LLP, she worked as an associate attorney at another firm, where she worked in estate and probate law.

Her extensive background in the field gave her the skills necessary to handle many legal issues related to estate planning. Linda is an active member of several legal organizations. She serves as a district delegate for the Elder Law and Special Needs Section of the New York State Bar. Additionally, she is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County, where she participates in the Surrogate’s Court and Elder Law Committees. Her involvement in these associations keeps her informed about the latest developments in the law and enhances her ability to serve her clients effectively.

She is also affiliated with the Niagara County Bar Association and has served as a clerk for the Niagara Frontier Alumni Chapter of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
