About Linda Grace
Linda Grace Henry built a steady legal career after studying languages and the law. She moved from a small liberal arts campus to one of the country’s major law schools and then into practice in California.
Her academic path began at Wheaton College, where she earned a B.A. in Modern Languages, concentrating in Spanish, in 1982. She went on to Stanford Law School and received her J.D. in 1991. Those years gave her a mix of liberal arts breadth and rigorous legal training.
Following law school, Henry took the step into the California bar and began practicing in the state. Her admission in 1991 launched a multi-decade career in private practice. Early on she joined Fenwick & West LLP, a firm where associates often work with corporate clients and complex commercial matters.
At Fenwick & West LLP Henry handled a range of legal work for the firm’s clients. Her responsibilities included counseling clients on transactional issues and assisting on matters that required detailed legal analysis. Colleagues describe her work style as methodical; she focused on clear written work and careful preparation.
Henry’s background in modern languages provided an additional layer to her practice. The study of Spanish during her undergraduate years informed how she approached clients and documents that crossed language lines.
