About Ronnie
Ronnie Solomon studied government at Cornell University, graduating in 2009. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2012. Those years of study combined an interest in public institutions with formal legal training. They shaped the way he approaches client matters and legal analysis.
After law school Solomon entered private practice. He is licensed to practice in California and is associated with Fenwick & West LLP. The firm’s practice environment offered exposure to the kinds of matters that arise for business clients in technology and other regulated industries. His time there has been spent developing practical skills in advising and representing parties under state law.
Solomon’s undergraduate background in government informs his view of legal problems. He often frames client questions against the wider backdrop of policy and regulation. That perspective feeds into his handling of transactions, corporate governance issues and compliance questions. He brings an analytical approach to factual records and statutory language, and he places emphasis on clear legal reasoning.
Colleagues describe him as an orderly practitioner who prefers to break complex issues into manageable parts. He uses that method whether drafting agreements, reviewing regulatory filings or preparing for negotiations. His training at a national law firm has also given him experience in collaborating across practice teams and coordinating work that spans multiple legal disciplines.
Today Solomon continues his practice at Fenwick & West LLP in California. He remains engaged in matters that draw on his background in government and his legal training, representing clients at the state level and working on issues that arise under California law. His current practice focuses on client work handled through Fenwick & West LLP.
