About Linda

Linda Clotfelter is an attorney admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is based in the Camp Hill office. She handles matters that arise under state law and works with clients across the central part of the state.

After completing her legal education, she began a career in Pennsylvania law. Early on she gained experience in both courtroom settings and in advising clients outside of litigation. Over the years she has handled a range of matters that required careful analysis of state statutes, regulatory frameworks, and procedural rules.

Her work blends written advocacy and oral argument. She has prepared pleadings, drafted motions and briefs, and argued matters before judges and administrative tribunals. She also spends time counseling clients on legal options, helping them understand the practical consequences of different paths forward.

Colleagues describe her approach as precise and pragmatic. She aims to identify the core issues quickly and present them in clear, direct terms. When a case goes to court, she focuses on building a factual record and shaping legal arguments that judges can follow. When settlement is a better outcome, she concentrates on structuring agreements that reflect her clients’ priorities.

She has represented a mix of individual and organizational clients. That breadth of experience has required adapting strategies to suit different kinds of disputes and compliance matters. She often works with clients to evaluate risk and to plan steps that reduce the chance of future disputes.

Outside of active casework, she keeps current on developments in Pennsylvania law and procedure. That helps when new statutory or regulatory changes alter how courts and agencies handle particular types of cases. She also prepares written analyses that clients use to make informed decisions about litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

She is based in the Camp Hill office and handles matters that arise under Pennsylvania law. She currently maintains an active practice representing clients in state courts and administrative proceedings.
