About Linda

Linda Anderson earned her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in 2009 and returned to the same campus for her law degree, receiving a J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2013. Her trajectory through the Ivy League classrooms set a clear path into the practice of law. The academic record is straightforward. The years that followed were about applying what she had learned in courtrooms and conference rooms.

After completing law school, Anderson moved into private practice. She took on the routine tasks that shape a young lawyer’s skill set: drafting briefs, conducting legal research, preparing clients for hearings and settlement talks. Those early years were formative. They established a professional rhythm rooted in careful analysis and attention to procedural detail.

Over time her responsibilities at the firm expanded. Colleagues describe her as deliberate in her preparation. She approaches each matter by breaking it into manageable parts and addressing them one by one. That methodical style shows up in her written work and in the way she structures a case. It is not flashy, but it is steady work that clients see in the results.

At Flicker, Kerin, Kruger & Bissada LLP Anderson contributes to a team that handles a range of client needs. She works alongside partners and associates on matters that require both courtroom readiness and sustained transactional attention. Her daily practice includes client counseling, negotiating agreements and appearing in hearings. She balances litigation tasks with the kind of behind-the-scenes analysis that clients demand when stakes are high.

Outside the immediate duties of casework, Anderson stays engaged with continuing legal education and firm initiatives. She has participated in internal training programs designed to bring newer attorneys up to speed on evidentiary rules and motion practice. Within the office, she is known for clear memos and concise courtroom filings. Those practical skills make her a reliable presence on multi-attorney matters.

Her career to date reflects steady progression rather than public headlines. Anderson’s path is one of practical lawyering: acquiring knowledge, refining technique and applying it on behalf of clients. She currently practices at Flicker, Kerin, Kruger & Bissada LLP, where she represents clients and provides legal advice on a variety of matters.
