About Leslie
Leslie Albeit built her professional foundation in the classroom. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2007, majoring in Politics & Government and English. She then completed her Juris Doctor at Capital University Law School in 2010. Those years framed her approach to legal writing, research and client interaction.
She entered practice immediately after law school. In 2010 she joined The Baker Law Group as an associate lawyer. The following year she moved to Gallagher, Gams, Pryor, Tallan & Littrell, LLP, continuing work as an associate. Early on she took on typical associate responsibilities: drafting pleadings, supporting trial teams and meeting with clients. Those assignments gave her practical courtroom and office experience.
In 2014 she shifted from employee to firm leader. She was a founding partner of AW Law, LLP. As a partner she balanced casework and firm management. Over several years she helped shape the firm’s daily operations and client intake processes while maintaining an active caseload.
Her career reached a new phase in 2023 when she launched Albeit Masters, LLC and took on the role of owner. Starting her own firm allowed her to set policies and priorities for how clients are served. It also placed responsibility for business decisions squarely on her shoulders. Running a small firm has meant alternately overseeing administrative tasks, advising clients and coordinating outside vendors.
Albeit is licensed to practice in Ohio. She has worked in multiple roles across private practice, which gives her familiarity with both the demands of partnership and the mechanics of an owner-managed practice. Colleagues and clients see the practical side of that experience: attentiveness to deadlines, hands-on management of files and a preference for clear, plainspoken legal writing.
Her work history reflects steady progression from associate to partner to owner. It also shows repeated involvement in the operational side of law practice. She continues to practice in Ohio through Albeit Masters, LLC, where she represents clients and handles firm operations for matters in the state.
