Leonard Jack Cravens is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2000. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Cravens is the principal attorney at the Law Offices of Leonard Cravens, a law firm located in Indio, California. He has been practicing law for over 25 years, serving clients throughout Riverside County and the surrounding areas.

Mr. Cravens earned his Juris Doctor degree from Lincoln Law School of San Jose in 1999. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science in 1982. Additionally, he obtained a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from Golden Gate University in 1987. During his time at Lincoln Law School, he was actively involved in various legal clinics and internships, gaining practical experience in multiple areas of law.

Mr. Cravens concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense, bankruptcy law, and real estate law. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving criminal charges, including DUI/DWI offenses, as well as in bankruptcy proceedings under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. His real estate practice encompasses landlord-tenant disputes, foreclosure defense, and related litigation. His practice includes all stages of litigation, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Throughout his career, Mr. Cravens has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Riverside, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Palm Springs for five years. He is a certified specialist in both criminal law and bankruptcy law through the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

Mr. Cravens is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He holds membership in the California Public Defenders Association and the California DUI Lawyers Association. He is also a certified mediator through the Riverside County Superior Court mediation program. Mr. Cravens is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Riverside County effectively.
