About Lee Anthony
Lee Anthony Ciccarelli earned his law degree from The George Washington University Law School in 1989 after completing a bachelor’s degree in history and chemistry at Bucknell University in 1986. He entered the legal world at a time of shifting courtroom practices and changing procedural rules. His academic background combined the analytical rigor of the sciences with the contextual study of history.
He became a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar in 1989 and later gained admission to practice in Arizona and before the U.S. Supreme Court. Those admissions expanded where he could appear, and allowed him to take on matters that crossed state lines. Memberships in professional organizations have been a steady part of his career. He belongs to the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and local bar groups in Chester and Delaware counties, among others.
Ciccarelli founded Ciccarelli Law Offices in 1999 and has served as its managing lawyer since then. He built the firm from the ground up, overseeing case selection, courtroom strategy, and client relations. The firm has handled a range of contested matters. Over the years he has combined trial work and courtroom advocacy with the administrative responsibilities of running a law office.
His practice reflects his memberships. He has an established presence in criminal defense circles and in plaintiff-side trial work. He appears in state courts in Pennsylvania and Arizona and has the credentials to appear at the highest federal level. Colleagues describe him as steady in court and practical in his approach. He tends to take on cases that require careful preparation and readiness to try issues to a judge or jury.
Outside of courtroom hours he remains active in bar activities and professional groups. That involvement keeps him connected to shifts in procedural law and trial tactics. He has maintained continuous membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar since the year he earned his J.D., a through line in a long legal career.
Today he continues to lead Ciccarelli Law Offices as founder and managing lawyer. He practices across jurisdictions where he is admitted and represents clients in criminal defense and civil trial matters.
