About Lawrence Alan

Lawrence Alan Moskowitz is a seasoned family law attorney based in Santa Rosa, California. A member of the California State Bar since 1977, he specializes in family law and divorce cases. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, which he earned in 1974. Following this, he pursued a Juris Doctor at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, graduating in 1977. In 1984, he began practicing family law in Sonoma County, establishing his office in Santa Rosa, where he is known for excellence. Before entering private practice, Mr. Moskowitz worked working with Matthew Bender and California Family Law Report, Inc.

This early career phase provided him with insights into legal publishing and analysis, which have proven beneficial in his subsequent practice. His commitment to family law is recognized; he holds an AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating, a distinction that reflects the highest standards of legal ability and professional ethics.
