About Laurence Richard

Laurence Richard Clarke built his academic foundation over a varied course of study in Southern California. He earned a Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, and he also completed graduate work at Pepperdine University School of Law, receiving a master’s degree in dispute resolution. His earlier studies were at Antioch University–Los Angeles, where he took both a Bachelor of Arts in business and a Master of Arts in organizational management. The combination of legal training and graduate study in conflict resolution and organizational theory shaped an early interest in practical problem solving.

Clarke’s legal career has been centered in California. He is licensed to practice in the state and has worked in private practice for many years. His professional practice is organized under the Law Offices of Laurence R. Clarke & Associates and the Law Offices of Laurence R. Clarke. Over time he developed a practice that handles matters brought by individuals and organizations in the region. He has managed a solo and small-firm environment, handling case intake, client counseling, and case strategy directly.

Outside of his law office work, Clarke has maintained long-standing ties to professional circles. Records indicate membership in professional associations dating back to 1972 and continuing to the present. That sustained engagement suggests ongoing participation in the legal community and related networks. His training in dispute resolution at Pepperdine complements that involvement and informs how he approaches client matters and negotiations.

Colleagues and clients have encountered his practice in multiple settings across California. He runs a neighborhood law office model, combining direct client contact with hands-on case management. The offices identified under his name serve as the hub for his work. Today he continues to accept and represent clients through the Law Offices of Laurence R. Clarke & Associates, representing clients across California.
