About Henrik

Henrik Sardarbegian earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, completing the degree in 2010 after attending the program beginning in 2008. His legal education included the standard curriculum in civil procedure, constitutional law and professional responsibility, and he graduated into a legal market still adjusting to the aftermath of the late 2000s economic shifts. The Southwestern credential placed him among a cohort of graduates who entered both private practice and public service roles across California.

He began his career in roles that exposed him to courtroom practice and client counseling. Early work involved drafting pleadings, attending hearings and supporting trial teams. Those early years provided steady, practical training. He handled discovery, client interviews and the day-to-day mechanics of litigation, learning how cases move from filing to resolution.

Over time Sardarbegian shifted toward running his own practice. He is associated with Sardarbegian Law, APLC, where he now manages client files and oversees case strategy. Running a small firm meant taking on administrative responsibilities as well as legal work. He balanced calendaring, billing and client intake while continuing to appear in court and negotiate settlements. That combination of tasks shaped his view of law practice as both a craft and a business.

Colleagues say he brings a careful, methodical approach to case preparation. He emphasizes clear pleadings and factual organization. His work style tends toward thoroughness; he prepares witness statements, organizes exhibits and builds timelines that can be used in mediation or trial. He approaches client meetings with directness, asking practical questions about desired outcomes and potential trade-offs. He prefers to set realistic expectations early in a matter.

Clients who stay with him often cite his steadiness in stressful moments. He is not a lawyer who promises quick fixes. Instead, he maps options, notes risks and recommends next steps. That practical orientation guides how he manages discovery disputes, settlement talks and courtroom appearances.

He continues to practice at Sardarbegian Law, APLC, representing clients across a range of matters and managing the daily operations of his firm. His current practice concentrates on direct client representation and resolving disputes for individuals and small businesses.
