About Lauren J.
Lauren J. Campoli began her academic path at the University of Notre Dame, where she worked through pre-professional studies starting in 1998 and completed a Bachelor of Arts in 2002. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2003. Those years set the foundation for a practice centered on criminal defense and courtroom work.
After law school she moved into public defense. By 2006 she was serving as a trial lawyer for the Colorado State Public Defender. That role put her in court regularly and gave her experience handling serious criminal matters. She tried cases, managed client investigations, and handled post-trial proceedings. The public defender work shaped how she approaches legal strategy and client communication.
In 2011 Campoli opened her own practice, operating as the Law Office of Lauren Campoli and later as Law Office of Lauren Campoli, PLLC. As the firm’s owner she has handled a spectrum of criminal matters in state and federal-adjacent settings. Her work includes pretrial litigation, plea negotiations, and contested trials. The practice has served clients across several jurisdictions where she is admitted to practice law.
Campoli is admitted in Pennsylvania, Colorado and Minnesota. She holds the MSBA Criminal Law Specialist certification from the Minnesota State Bar Association. That certification signals a formal recognition of her work concentrating on criminal law in Minnesota. She is also a member of the Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, a membership she has maintained since 2011.
Her courtroom experience and the bar certification inform the services she offers today. She prepares clients for trial, develops defensive theories, and oversees evidence and witness preparation.
