About Laura
Laura Kiley built her legal foundation at West Virginia University, where she earned a B.A. in foreign languages in 2006. She went on to New England Law | Boston for her J.D., completing the legal training that led her into practice in Massachusetts. Her academic background combined language study and law, giving her a practical perspective on communication and client contact.
Her early career included a position as a lawyer in 2011 at the Law Office of John J. Sheehan. That role provided hands-on courtroom exposure and day-to-day client work. It also served as an entry point into Massachusetts practice and the civil matters that would occupy much of her subsequent work.
Kiley later joined Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers. At that firm she has spent years working on behalf of people who have suffered injuries. Her work involves preparing cases, meeting with clients, coordinating medical documentation and pursuing claims. The office setting requires steady case management and regular interaction with medical providers, insurers and opposing counsel.
She holds a Notary Public commission from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She is also a member of the Massachusetts State Bar, maintaining the professional ties that keep lawyers informed about changes in state procedure and ethics rules. Those affiliations support routine practice responsibilities and client representation across the state.
Colleagues describe Kiley as thorough in file preparation and practical in courtroom settings. She handles a mix of client intake, settlement negotiation and trial preparation. Her language background has proven useful in communicating with clients from varied backgrounds and in managing documents that include non-English elements.
Outside casework, Kiley’s professional life centers on staying current with developments in Massachusetts civil practice. She applies that knowledge in case strategy and in advising clients about realistic outcomes. Her experience ranges from initial claim assessment through attempts at resolution and, when necessary, litigation.
Kiley practices in Massachusetts and works from the Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers offices. Her current practice concentrates on representing injured clients and managing the legal processes that follow serious accidents.
