About Laura
Laura Arcaro built a path from public policy and health administration into private practice. She earned a B.A. in Public Policy Studies and Environmental Science and Policy from Duke University in 1995, followed by a Master of Health Administration in Health Administration and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1998. She completed her J.D. at Shepard Broad Law Center, Nova Southeastern University in 2009.
Her first legal work came during and immediately after law school. In 2009 she volunteered with the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach, taking on matters for clients who otherwise lacked representation. The next year she worked as an associate attorney at Chorowski and Associates and at Proskauer Rose. Those early roles exposed her to both courtroom work and the transactional side of practice. In 2012 she opened her own firm, Arcaro Law Group, P.A., where she has served as founder and managing partner since.
Her academic background gives her a mixed perspective. Years studying public policy and environmental issues sit alongside formal training in health administration and finance. That combination has shaped how she approaches complex client problems. It provides context for regulatory and financial questions that often arise in disputes and transactions.
On the litigation side, she is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. That authorization allows her to represent clients in state courts and to handle appeals in the federal circuit that covers much of the Southeast. She has navigated matters that require attention to procedure and appellate briefing. She also advises clients on issues where operational and legal concerns intersect.
Colleagues describe her as exacting in preparation and clear in written work. She teaches by example in her firm, emphasizing careful analysis and pragmatic solutions over rhetoric. Her office in Florida serves a range of clients; she draws on her earlier volunteer experience when assessing risk and access to representation.
Outside the office she maintains professional memberships and stays involved in legal circles in the state. She has combined clinical health knowledge and legal training in client work rather than in academic or administrative roles. Her practice continues to operate from Arcaro Law Group, P.A., where she represents clients in matters arising under Florida law and in the Eleventh Circuit, bringing her health administration background into her legal work for healthcare and related clients.
Her current practice focuses on representation in Florida courts and in matters that reach the Eleventh Circuit, applying her health administration and policy background to clients' legal problems.
