About L. Patrick
L. Patrick Mulligan earned a B.A. in economics and English from Kings College in 1981 and completed his J.D. at the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1984. His academic background paired liberal arts and analytical study. It set the stage for a career centered on courtroom work.
He entered public service after law school, joining the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office in 1984 as a trial lawyer in the Criminal Division.
