About Kyle

Kyle Therrian earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2010. He began his legal training in the late 2000s and moved into practice in Texas, where he is licensed to practice law. The early academic years gave him courtroom study and practical clinics that shaped an interest in criminal defense work.

Therrian built his career around trial work and criminal matters. He joined local and state bar organizations early, becoming a member of the Collin County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association in 2011. Those affiliations reflected an immediate professional priority: staying connected to peers who handle criminal cases and the procedural developments that affect them.

In 2012 he added membership in the National College of DUI Defense, a group he remained part of through 2014. In 2014 he expanded his network further, joining the College of the State Bar of Texas and the National Trial Lawyers Association. That same year he took on a leadership role at the local level. He has served as vice president of the McKinney Bar Association since 2014, participating in educational programs and local bar governance.

His practice history includes work at Rosenthal & Wadas, PLLC, where he represents clients in criminal matters. The combination of trial-focused memberships and local bar leadership suggests a lawyer who spends substantial time preparing cases for court. Colleagues have noted his reliance on procedural detail and evidence rules when building case strategies.

Therrian’s courtroom work includes DUI defense among other criminal charges. He has positioned himself among practitioners who regularly handle contested hearings and jury trials, and his association memberships mirror that emphasis. He has also kept ties to the broader trial bar through national organizations, which has exposed him to changing litigation techniques and case law developments.

Outside of court, his bar involvement has centered on collaborative forums for education and practice improvement. That activity has kept him plugged into continuing legal education offerings and local professional networks. He practices at Rosenthal & Wadas, PLLC, and represents clients in criminal and DUI cases in Texas.
