About Harrison

Harrison Pask attended Stanford University for his undergraduate studies, graduating in 2013. He went on to earn his J.D. from the University of Georgia in 2017. Those years shaped a straightforward path into criminal law, combining a liberal arts background with formal legal training.

After law school, Pask began his legal career in Collin County. In 2017 he worked at the Collin County District Lawyers Office. That public-sector experience put him inside courtrooms and local criminal dockets early on. It gave him daily exposure to case preparation, arraignments and plea negotiations at the county level.

In 2020 he launched Pask Law, PLLC. The firm reflects a move from a government role into private practice. At Pask Law he took on a range of criminal matters and started representing individuals in both state and federal venues. The shift brought a caseload with different stakes and more direct client counseling.

Pask is licensed in Texas and holds admissions to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and the Northern District of Texas. He maintains membership in the State Bar of Texas and participates in several professional organizations, including the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Collin County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is also listed as an Elite Lawyer as of 2020.

Colleagues describe Pask as methodical in court preparation. He blends time in public prosecution with private defense work. That sequence shaped his view of how cases move through the system and what judges and prosecutors expect at hearings. He works on investigation strategies, evidence review and client advisement, and he handles pretrial motions and trial advocacy when cases proceed.

Pask balances courtroom work with case intake and client meetings at his firm. He has argued matters in state court and appeared in the federal court districts where he is admitted. Outside the courtroom he is active in local bar organizations that concentrate on criminal defense practice and professional development.

He continues to lead Pask Law, PLLC, representing clients in criminal matters at both the state and federal level and practicing in the Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas.
