About Kyle T.
Kyle T. Garabedian built his foundation at Temple University, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science in 2010. He remained at Temple for law school and earned his J.D. from the Beasley School of Law in 2014. The combination of liberal arts and legal training shaped a methodical approach to problem solving and analysis.
After law school, Garabedian entered private practice and joined Kang Haggerty & Fetbroyt LLC as an associate. At the firm he became part of a team handling matters that bring together state and federal procedures. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and also holds admission to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Those admissions allow him to appear in both state courts and federal tribunals in the region.
Colleagues describe him as steady in the courtroom and careful in preparation. He applies the analytical habits from his undergraduate studies to case work, breaking issues into their component parts before testing them against statutes and precedent. That practical orientation shows in how he prepares filings and considers litigation strategy. He takes an organized, evidence-based approach to building a record.
At Kang Haggerty & Fetbroyt LLC Garabedian has worked on matters that require coordination across jurisdictions. That often means tracking disparate procedural rules and ensuring filings meet differing timelines. He has experience handling client communications, drafting pleadings and motions, and researching legal questions that arise in multi-jurisdictional practice. His work routinely involves interaction with opposing counsel and court personnel across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Outside the office he maintains ties to the Philadelphia legal community formed during his years at Temple. He keeps current on developments that affect practice in the regional courts. He is practical about case resolution; when a negotiated outcome serves a client’s interest he prepares the record to achieve it. When litigation is necessary he builds the factual and legal framework to present positions clearly to a judge.
Today Garabedian continues his work as an associate at Kang Haggerty & Fetbroyt LLC, representing clients in matters before state and federal courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. His current practice focuses on representing clients in matters before state and federal courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
