About Kristopher
Kristopher Miller graduated from the University of the Pacific's McGeorge School of Law. He built his legal foundation there, taking classes that prepared him for courtroom and appellate work. The law school name is a consistent thread through his early professional narrative.
He is admitted to practice in Colorado and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Those admissions allow him to handle matters at the state level and in a federal appellate forum. He has maintained membership in state and local bar organizations that keep him connected to developments in Colorado law.
Miller has been active in professional groups for more than a decade. He has held membership in the Colorado Bar Association since 2009 and in the El Paso County Bar since that same year. He joined the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association in 2012. Early in his career he served as treasurer of the El Paso County Bar Association's New Lawyers Division from 2011 to 2013.
Outside of strictly legal associations he has taken on leadership in civic and cultural organizations. Since 2020 he has served as president of the BVB International Academy - Colorado. From 2012 to 2016 he sat on the board of directors for the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony. Those roles reflect a mix of educational and community interests that he has sustained alongside his legal work.
His practice is based at Maher & Maher Law PC. At the firm he has handled a range of matters that arise in Colorado courts and, when appropriate, in the D.C. Circuit. Colleagues describe him as steady in court and methodical in preparation, traits that fit the types of files the firm takes on.
Miller's path combines a regional law school education, bar admissions that reach beyond Colorado, and long-standing participation in local and state bar activities. He continues to practice at Maher & Maher Law PC, handling litigation and appellate matters in Colorado and the D.C. Circuit.
