About Kristopher

Kristopher Hilscher is an attorney practicing in North Carolina. He built his legal foundation in the classroom before turning to work in the community. He brings a steady, local presence to his practice.

Hilscher earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hampden-Sydney College in 2000. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law in 2005. While in law school he joined Phi Alpha Delta, a professional law fraternity, and has maintained that membership since 2005.

After law school Hilscher established his career in North Carolina. He became involved in the Lee County Bar and served as its president from 2011 to 2012. That role placed him at the center of local bar activities and connected him with judges, fellow lawyers, and court staff across the county. The experience reinforced his ties to the local legal community and provided a platform for professional leadership.

Hilscher has practiced at the Law Offices of Mark Sullivan, P.A. There he works on matters that arise in state courts and advises clients on legal questions rooted in North Carolina law. Colleagues describe him as methodical in approach; clients have relied on him for clear explanations of procedural steps and practical next moves. He handles both courtroom matters and transactional work when cases require it.

Outside of casework, Hilscher’s longstanding membership in Phi Alpha Delta and his past presidency of the Lee County Bar reflect a continuing engagement with the legal profession. He has participated in local bar events and bar governance during and after his term as president. That involvement has kept him familiar with changes in local practice and the needs of lawyers working in nearby counties.

Hilscher keeps a local orientation in his work. He concentrates on serving individuals and businesses in North Carolina and draws on his years in the region to advise clients on state law issues. He currently practices law at the Law Offices of Mark Sullivan, P.A., serving clients across North Carolina.
