About Kristina K.
Kristina K. Green grew up studying the interplay between people and systems. She earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in psychology and sociology from the University of Missouri–Columbia in 2007. She stayed in the Midwest for law school and received her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2011.
She began her legal career the same year she graduated law school, joining Kralovec, Jambois & Schwartz as a lawyer. That early work placed her in a firm known for handling civil litigation. In 2017 she is listed as working with Schwartz Injury Law, a division of Kralovec, Jambois & Schwartz, where she continued practicing in personal injury and medical malpractice matters.
Green is admitted to practice in Illinois and is also admitted in several federal venues, including the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the United States Court of Federal Claims. Those admissions enable her to pursue claims in both state and federal forums. Her case work involves civil litigation on behalf of individuals who have been injured or who allege medical negligence.
Her practice is anchored in several office locations across the Greater Chicago area. She is associated with Schwartz Injury Law and is listed at the firm’s Glen Ellyn, Joliet and Elmhurst locations, and with Kralovec, Jambois & Schwartz’s trial practice group. The multiple offices reflect a regional presence and the firm’s effort to serve clients in different communities.
Green maintains memberships in professional groups that align with her litigation work. She holds current memberships in the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and in the Women’s Bar Association. Those affiliations provide professional contacts, education and forums for trial practice topics.
Colleagues describe her work as steady and thorough. She prepares files for trial, engages in fact development, and handles court filings and motions. Her courtroom work and federal admissions have positioned her to litigate contested civil matters when cases cannot be resolved through negotiation.
As of 2026 she practices with Schwartz Injury Law and Kralovec, Jambois & Schwartz and continues to represent individuals in medical malpractice and personal injury actions.
