About Kirstyn
Kirstyn Palmisano earned her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law in 2008. She entered the legal world as a Rule 9 intern and then took a series of early law clerk roles that exposed her to criminal defense and civil litigation. Those formative years included a clerkship at Vandeberg Johnson & Gandara and a Rule 9 assignment with the Society of Counsel Representing Accused Persons.
Palmisano moved into a mix of public interest and private practice work after graduation. She volunteered with Team Child in 2009 and worked as a contract lawyer at Davies Law Group the same year. In 2010 she provided pro bono services through the King County Bar Association and later served on the King County Superior Court as a law clerk for The Honorable Mary Roberts in 2013. She also spent time with Garden City Group in 2011, gaining experience in litigation support and claims administration.
Over the 2010s Palmisano held a series of lawyer and associate roles at regional practices. She joined Port Gardner Law Group in 2015, took an associate position with V. Freitas Law, PLLC in 2016, and worked at Envision Family Law in 2019. In 2020 she is listed as a lawyer with Dellino Law Group. Those positions offered hands-on client work across several civil matters and family law proceedings.
Her bar and volunteer activity has kept her connected to local legal networks. She has been a member of the Snohomish County Bar Association and participated in King County Bar Association pro bono committees. From 2010 to 2011 she chaired the Volunteer Recognition and Retention Subcommittee for the King County Bar Association’s Pro Bono Services Committee, an administrative role that involved outreach and program coordination.
Colleagues describe Palmisano as methodical in court preparation and direct with clients. Her record shows a pattern of alternating between courtroom support roles and front-line client advocacy. That background has given her familiarity with courtroom procedure, case management, and client counseling in contested matters.
As of the last recorded position in 2020, Palmisano was working at Dellino Law Group. Her recent professional work has included family law matters and pro bono representation. She continues to practice law in Washington state.
