Kirby Frederick Combs is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2000. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Combs earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at the University of California, Davis, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1986. During his time at the University of Miami, he gained practical experience as a legal intern with the Public Defender's Office in Miami-Dade County, handling felony and misdemeanor cases.
