About Kimberly G.
Kimberly G. Kleinhans earned a Bachelor of Arts in Crime, Law & Justice from Pennsylvania State University in 2003. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2008, where her studies emphasized litigation. Her academic background combined coursework in criminal justice and courtroom practice, providing a foundation for courtroom work.
After law school Kleinhans built a career that spans more than one jurisdiction. She is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and Texas and has managed files and appearances across state lines. That cross-jurisdictional work has required adapting to different procedural rules and courtroom cultures.
Her professional life has centered on litigation. Membership in the Texas Trial Lawyers Association reflects an active involvement in trial practice and the trial bar in Texas. Peers recognized her work through nominations to Super Lawyers from 2014 through 2019, a string of acknowledgements that came during a period of steady courtroom work and case development.
Kleinhans’s day-to-day work involves preparing matters for hearings and trials, conducting discovery, drafting motions and arguing contested issues in court. She handles the practical steps that move cases forward and makes strategic decisions about when to press a claim and when to seek resolution. Her litigation training is evident in case planning and courtroom presentation.
Colleagues describe her as methodical in preparing case records and attentive to procedural deadlines. She balances courtroom advocacy with the written work that litigation requires: research, pleading preparation and post-hearing briefs. That combination keeps cases on track and gives clients clear milestones as matters progress.
Outside of casework Kleinhans maintains ties to the legal community through professional association membership. Her active participation in a trial lawyers’ group in Texas keeps her connected to developments in trial practice and to other litigators across the state. The Super Lawyers nominations over multiple years also placed her among peers under consideration for recognition during that span.
She currently practices in Pennsylvania and Texas and concentrates her work on litigation matters in those jurisdictions.
