About Kimberly Anne
Courtroom doors have been part of Kimberly Anne Maher’s professional path since she left law school. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Purdue University in 2006 and completed her J.D. at the University of Denver in 2011. Those formative years combined classroom study and early hands-on experience that helped shape the rest of her career.
Her legal training included a stint as a legal intern in 2008 with the First Judicial District. Shortly after earning her law degree, she moved into a public-sector role as a Deputy District Lawyer in the Fourth Judicial District in 2011. That role put her in regular contact with courtroom practice and the day-to-day work of managing cases under tight deadlines.
In 2016 she shifted into private practice leadership and became Managing Partner at Maher & Maher Law, PC. The move marked a change in responsibilities. She took on firm operations and case oversight in addition to client work. Managing partner duties have required balancing administrative tasks with legal strategy and client interaction.
Collegial work has been a thread throughout her career. Early positions in judicial districts exposed her to a range of courtroom procedures and case types, and those experiences informed how she runs a practice. She maintains ties to the legal community in Colorado where she has built professional relationships across courts and agencies.
She has kept an active presence at Maher & Maher Law, PC since taking on leadership there. Her office handles matters that proceed through Colorado’s court system. She currently practices at Maher & Maher Law, PC, representing clients in Colorado courts.
