Kimberly A. Madigan

Kimberly A. Madigan is a founding partner of Madigan & Lewis, LLP, a family law firm based in San Mateo, California. She has been practicing law for over 20 years, focusing exclusively on family law matters. Her practice areas include complex and high-asset divorce, property division, child and spousal support, high-conflict custody disputes, parentage cases, domestic violence cases, and post-judgment proceedings. She is also trained in both mediation and collaborative divorce. As a result, the attorney can negotiate settlements both in and out of court. Ms. Madigan earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta in 2001 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Victoria, obtained in 1997.
