About Kevin S.

Kevin S. Conlogue built his path to law through two West Coast schools. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and moved on to Loyola Law School in Los Angeles for his J.D. Those years shaped his approach to practice. They also connected him to legal communities in both California and the Pacific.

After law school he entered private practice. He has been admitted to practice in both California and Hawaii and has worked across those jurisdictions. His career has centered on maintaining a client-facing practice rather than a corporate or large-firm trajectory. That choice has allowed him to manage a broader range of matters and to work directly with clients from start to finish.

Over time Conlogue has focused his work through a small office model. He operates the Law Office of Kevin S. Conlogue, where he handles intake, strategy and courtroom work for the matters his office accepts. The structure of a solo or small-office practice requires wearing many hats. Conlogue has taken on those responsibilities—managing case files, advising clients, handling negotiations and appearing in court when necessary.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing paperwork and straightforward in client meetings. He tends to prioritize clear explanations and practical options. That approach can shape client expectations early and keeps the matter moving. It also reflects the kinds of work that sustain a one-attorney office: steady client contact, frequent counseling and timely follow-up.

Geography has been part of Conlogue’s professional identity. Licensed in both California and Hawaii, he navigates the procedural differences that come with practicing under two state systems. That dual admission requires attention to shifting local rules and varied court practices, and it informs how his office schedules hearings and coordinates filings.

Today he continues to lead the Law Office of Kevin S. Conlogue. He accepts matters that align with his experience and capacity and works directly with clients throughout the life of a case. He currently focuses on representing clients in matters across Hawaii and California.
