Kevin Ryan Snyder is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2005 and holds bar number 240385. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Snyder is the founder and principal attorney at Snyder Law, PC, a law firm located at 2 Park Plaza, Suite 480, Irvine, California. He has been practicing law for over twenty years, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Mr. Snyder earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2005. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Boston College, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree. He furthered his legal education by obtaining a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Trial Advocacy from California Western School of Law in 2006.
Mr. Snyder concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, elder law, and estate and trust litigation. He assists clients with drafting wills and trusts, navigating probate proceedings, and addressing elder law issues. His practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including initial case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Snyder has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he worked as an associate at a mid-size litigation firm in Irvine for five years.
Mr. Snyder is an active member of the California Lawyers Association and the Trust & Estates and Elder Law Sections of the Orange County Bar Association. He is also a member of WealthCounsel and ElderCounsel. He has contributed to OC Lawyer magazine, sharing practical guidance on estate planning strategies, asset protection, and long-term legacy planning. Mr. Snyder is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Southern California effectively.
