About Kevin

Kevin Panahi took a direct route into law. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles, earning a B.A. in 2007 after beginning in 2004. He went on to Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he received his J.D. in 2011 following enrollment in 2008.

After law school, Panahi moved into practical legal work. He spent the early years of his career handling client intake, case preparation and the procedural work that underpins litigation. Those years established the groundwork for how he approaches cases: careful fact-gathering, steady communication and an emphasis on practical outcomes for clients.

Panahi’s practice developed around workplace and financial recovery matters. Over time he worked on claims involving unpaid compensation and disputes over wage entitlements. He has experience preparing demand letters, negotiating settlements and, when necessary, filing claims in court. He presents facts plainly and builds cases step by step.

He also maintains active ties to professional organizations and keeps current through continuing legal education. That professional engagement helps him track changes in employment and wage laws and in court procedures. Colleagues describe him as methodical and focused on the specific issues each client brings to the table.

Today Panahi practices at Recover My Wages. There he handles client consultations, evaluates potential claims and pursues avenues to recover unpaid compensation. He works on negotiations and prepares litigation when a case proceeds to court. The work requires attention to deadlines and documentation, and he applies those practices consistently.

Off the record, clients say Panahi is straightforward in explaining options and realistic about likely outcomes. He aims to keep matters moving and to resolve disputes efficiently when possible. He continues to combine courtroom preparation with client-facing negotiation.

He currently practices at Recover My Wages, concentrating on wage recovery and related employment claims.
