About Kevin
Kevin Leeper built a steady legal career that began in the classrooms of the University of Massachusetts and Western New England University School of Law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1987, then completed his juris doctor at Western New England University School of Law in 1990. Those academic years set the framework for a long practice in Massachusetts.
After law school he entered private practice and became active in local bar activities. In 1995 he served as Private Bar Counsel for the Norfolk County Bar Association. That role placed him in the middle of professional and ethical conversations among lawyers in the county. He has remained connected to professional organizations over the years, joining the American Immigration Lawyers Association in 2001 and keeping an involvement in bar matters.
He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and is also admitted before the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
