Kevin Arnold Spainhour is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1996. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Spainhour is the owner and attorney at RETitlelaw, APC, a law firm located at 7372 Prince Dr. Ste 104, Huntington Beach, CA 92647. He has been practicing law for over 29 years, serving clients throughout California.
Mr. Spainhour earned his Juris Doctor degree from Western State College of Law at Argosy University, graduating in 1995. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at Citrus College, receiving a degree in Finance in 1992. During his time at Western State College of Law, he focused on courses related to real estate and business law, laying the foundation for his future practice areas.
Mr. Spainhour concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate law, business law, and administrative law. He represents clients in various real estate transactions, including residential and commercial sales, lease agreements, and disputes. His business law practice encompasses business formation, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and partnership disputes. Additionally, he handles administrative law matters, including regulatory compliance and hearings before state agencies. His practice involves all stages of legal proceedings, including negotiations, litigation, and dispute resolution.
Throughout his career, Mr. Spainhour has handled cases in various courts, including the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding RETitlelaw, APC, he served as General Counsel for RE/MAX of California and Hawaii, Inc. from 1998 to 2002, overseeing legal matters for the real estate franchise network.
Mr. Spainhour is an active member of the California State Bar and holds a real estate broker license with the California Department of Real Estate. He is also a certified mediator through the American Institute of Mediation and has received intensive mediation training from the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine School of Law. Mr. Spainhour is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing him to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
