About Kevin A.
Kevin A. Hogle brings a steady, measured presence to his legal work. He built his academic foundation at the University of Michigan, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2002. He stayed in the Midwest for law school and graduated from Michigan State University College of Law in 2005.
After law school, Hogle entered private practice and has since maintained a practice spanning more than one state. He is licensed to practice in Idaho and California. That dual admission has shaped how he approaches cases. It requires attention to differing procedural rules and state statutes, and it has informed the way he advises clients.
His career includes a mix of private representation and community service. In 2019 he served as a pro bono attorney for CASA, the Court Appointed Special Advocates program. There he worked on behalf of children in dependency and family court cases, helping to bring an attorney’s perspective to matters that affect vulnerable young people.
Hogle operates Hogle Law, PC. He has maintained multiple office locations through that firm. He represents clients in matters before state courts and administrative bodies in both Idaho and California. He handles case preparation, client counseling, and court appearances, aiming to provide clear guidance about the legal process and possible outcomes.
Colleagues and clients describe him as methodical and practical in his work. He tends to favor careful preparation over theatrical courtroom flourish. That approach shows in his pleadings and in how he prepares witnesses. He also places emphasis on explaining the law in plain terms so clients can make informed choices.
Outside of the courtroom he has continued to engage in pro bono efforts and community-oriented legal work. His time with CASA reflects an interest in using legal training to assist people who lack resources. It also gave him direct experience in family court settings and in working with social service systems.
As of 2026 he practices through Hogle Law, PC, representing clients in Idaho and California and handling matters in state courts and administrative forums.
