About Kenneth E.
Kenneth E. Berger built his career from a state law classroom to his own small firm. He completed his legal training at the University of South Carolina School of Law and then began practicing in South Carolina.
He started in private practice as an associate in 2009 at Lourie Law Office. That position exposed him to courtroom procedure and client advocacy in contested matters. Two years later he opened his own practice. In 2011 he became owner of the Law Office of Kenneth E. Berger, LLC. Running a solo firm has required him to handle casework, client intake, and the business side of legal practice.
His work concentrates on serious injury matters. He represents people who have suffered traumatic brain injuries, workplace-related injuries, and other significant personal injuries.
