About Kellie
Kellie Lowery is the owner and lawyer at Lowery Law, LLC in Georgia. She runs a small practice that draws on a mix of court-side experience and private firm work.
Lowery began her academic path at California Baptist University, where she earned a B.S. in Psychology and Criminal Justice. She went on to study law at Georgia State University College of Law and completed her J.D. there. Her studies combined criminal justice theory and practical legal training.
Her early legal work placed her inside courtrooms. In 2019 she served as a judicial extern for the Supreme Court of Georgia. That same year she worked as a law clerk for the Cherokee Judicial Circuit. Those roles gave her direct exposure to appellate procedure and trial-court operations. She observed judges’ decision-making and handled legal research that supported written opinions and courtroom rulings.
After her clerkships she moved into private practice. In 2020 she joined Strawinski & Stout as an associate lawyer. She then spent time at Davis, Pickren, Syndel & Sneed in 2021 as an associate. Those positions broadened her experience in client representation and case management, translating the procedural knowledge she’d gained on the bench into advocacy for litigants.
In 2021 Lowery launched Lowery Law, LLC. She made the transition from associate to firm owner in the same year. Her practice reflects the path she followed: courtroom exposure, appellate work, and the day-to-day demands of representing clients. Colleagues describe her approach as practical and detail-oriented. She balances written advocacy with courtroom preparation.
Lowery is licensed to practice in Georgia. She maintains ties to the state’s courts through continuing education and practical engagement. She handles intake, counsel, and litigation tasks personally, guiding clients through procedural steps that can be unfamiliar and technical.
At Lowery Law, LLC she maintains a local practice aimed at resolving clients’ legal matters through careful preparation and a steady presence in court when required. Her current practice focuses on representing clients in Georgia through her work at Lowery Law, LLC.
