About Cade

Cade Parian earned his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2006. He completed the law program and entered practice soon after. His education set the stage for work in state courts across the Southeast.

Parian began his legal career as an associate lawyer in 2004 at Huie Fernambucq & Stewart LLP. He moved on in 2007 to a lawyer position at Smith Conerly LLP, where he spent several years handling matters that required courtroom work and trial preparation. In 2014 he founded The Parian Law Office, LLC and took on the role of principal, managing both client matters and the day-to-day operations of a small firm.

He is admitted to practice in Alabama and Georgia. Those admissions have allowed him to appear in state court matters in both jurisdictions over the course of his career. His membership in professional groups reflects that trial work is a regular part of his docket. He has belonged to the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association since 2010 and joined the National Trial Lawyers in 2014. He has also served on the executive board of West Georgia Trial Lawyers since 2010, participating in local professional efforts and case discussions with fellow litigators.

Parian’s path from associate to firm principal included roles that emphasized litigation and courtroom practice. At each step he took on increasing responsibility for case strategy, deposition work, and trial preparation. His tenure at two established firms gave him exposure to a range of civil matters and practical courtroom procedures before he opened his own office.

Today he leads The Parian Law Office, LLC. He continues to accept cases that involve contested matters requiring advocacy and trial readiness. He practices in Alabama and Georgia and represents clients in courtroom proceedings and related litigation matters.
