About Keith

Keith Grossman built a career around resolving disputes and managing the tensions that can arise in business and personal relationships. He began in the law as many do: learning the rules and testing them in practice. Over time he moved toward methods that aim to resolve conflict without protracted courtroom battles.

Early in his career he worked in roles that exposed him to a range of civil disputes. Those experiences informed his approach to problem solving. He turned toward mediation and other alternative dispute resolution processes as a primary means of serving clients. That shift eventually led him to establish Grossman Law & Conflict Management, where he combines legal counsel with conflict resolution services.

His work encompasses legal strategy and the mechanics of dispute resolution. He advises clients on options for settlement, represents parties in negotiation and mediation, and prepares cases where a more formal legal process becomes necessary. He also spends time on the procedural and interpersonal aspects of disputes: drafting agreements that reduce future friction and structuring talks so parties can reach practicable outcomes.

Grossman maintains membership in at least one professional association and keeps current on the practices and rules that govern dispute resolution. He participates in continuing education to stay abreast of developments in mediation, arbitration, and related legal procedures. That involvement helps him apply current practices and procedural tools when assisting clients.

Colleagues describe his style as pragmatic. He tends to favor approaches that encourage communication while preserving clients’ legal rights. In mediation settings he works to identify realistic settlement paths. When litigation is unavoidable, he prepares clients to pursue their claims or defend against them using standard court processes.

As of 2026, Grossman runs Grossman Law & Conflict Management. The office provides a mix of legal representation and conflict management services for individual and organizational clients. He combines hands-on dispute work with efforts to prevent future disputes through careful agreement drafting and strategic planning. Today he continues to serve clients through that firm, focusing on resolving conflicts and addressing the legal issues that arise from them.
