Jeffrey Lampley earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2012, then moved on to law school at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2014. His academic path combined quantitative training and legal study, giving him a practical grounding in financial and commercial issues that often surface in litigation and insolvency matters.
After law school he gained admission to practice in Florida and to the federal courts that serve the Middle District of Florida. He is admitted to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Those admissions allow him to represent clients in state and federal forums, including bankruptcy proceedings and federal civil litigation.
Lampley has run his own practice for several years. In 2019 he became president of Lampley Law Office, the firm he leads today. The title reflects his role in managing the office and directing case strategy, along with the administrative responsibilities that come with running a small firm. He handles client intake, oversees case preparation, and coordinates filings in both state and federal courts.
