About Kathryn
Kathryn Kuhn earned a Bachelor of Arts from American University in 2008 and a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2013. Her academic record placed her on a path from a broad undergraduate curriculum to a rigorous legal education. She left Vanderbilt prepared to work in complex legal environments.
After law school, Kuhn built a practice that crosses state and federal lines. She is admitted to practice in New York, the District of Columbia and California. She is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Those admissions allow her to take cases and appear in courts across different jurisdictions.
Kuhn serves as an associate at Weinstock Manion. In that role she contributes to the firm’s work on matters that require coordination across multiple courts and regulatory regimes. Her position involves briefing, legal research, drafting pleadings and appearing in proceedings when required. Colleagues describe her as thorough and steady in handling the everyday demands of litigation and transactional practice alike.
Her practice is complemented by membership in the Beverly Hills Bar Association. She participates in local professional programming and engages with peers through association events. That involvement keeps her connected to developments in California law and to a network of practitioners in the region.
Kuhn’s admissions to New York and the District of Columbia expand the range of matters she can accept. Being admitted in both state and federal court systems gives clients options when jurisdictional issues arise. It also means she routinely coordinates filings and strategy across different procedural landscapes.
She maintains an active role at Weinstock Manion, where she manages client work that touches state and federal courts. Her current practice centers on representing clients in matters brought in New York, the District of Columbia, California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
