Karyn Kristine Reed is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1997. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Reed is the founder and senior partner at Reed Law Corporation, PC, a law firm located in Fullerton, California. She has been practicing law for over 28 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Ms. Reed earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1997. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate education at California State University, Long Beach, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1993. During her time at the University of San Diego, she developed a strong foundation in legal principles, which has been instrumental in her successful legal career.
Ms. Reed concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate law, construction law, and business law. She represents clients in matters involving real property transactions, commercial real estate, construction disputes, partnership agreements, foreclosures, and small business law. Her practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including negotiations, litigation, and dispute resolution, providing comprehensive legal services to her clients.

Ms. Reed is an active member of the California State Bar Association and holds membership in the American Bar Association. She is also licensed as a broker by the California Department of Real Estate. Ms. Reed is fluent in English, allowing her to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
