About Kacie
Kacie Biebas earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas at Austin before moving on to law school at South Texas College of Law, where she received her J.D. Her academic path combined broad undergraduate study with professional legal training in Houston, positioning her to work in Texas courts and legal environments.
She is licensed to practice law in Texas and pursues her career through private practice. Early on she chose the firm route, joining Biebas and Riley, Lawyers at Law, PLLC. There she developed practical skills in counseling clients, managing filings and court deadlines, and handling the day-to-day tasks that keep a legal matter moving forward.
At the firm she serves as a lawyer. Colleagues describe her as someone who attends to the details of each matter and communicates clearly with clients. She handles intake, legal research, drafting, and courtroom appearances as required. Her practice demands responsiveness and careful organization; those are the day-to-day measures of her work.
Her legal education and experience have kept her rooted in Texas law and procedure. She has worked on cases and matters that require familiarity with state rules and local court practices. That local knowledge informs how she prepares cases and advises clients about process and timing.
She continues to practice at Biebas and Riley, Lawyers at Law, PLLC, representing and advising clients in matters that arise under Texas law. Her current practice focuses on serving clients across Texas through her role at the firm.
