About Kacey
Kacey Ziegler earned a Bachelor of Science in political science from the University of Central Arkansas and a Juris Doctor from William H. Bowen School of Law. Those academic steps set a practical tone for a career that moves between public service and private practice. She completed law school in 2009 and joined the Arkansas legal community soon after.
Her early work was hands-on. In 2001 she served as an assistant escrow officer for Lenders Title Company, where she handled transactional and closing details. While in law school she worked at the Arkansas Supreme Court as a 3L law clerk and administrative assistant in 2008. After graduation she took positions that tied law to housing policy and enforcement: a compliance officer role at the Metropolitan Housing Alliance in 2010, followed by work as chief investigator for the Arkansas Fair Housing Commission in 2011. That mix of administrative, investigative and transactional roles shaped a practical approach to legal problems.
In 2014 she moved into private practice at Nash Law Office, P.A. Her resume shows steady progression from entry-level positions into a lawyer’s role that draws on earlier work in title, compliance and housing enforcement. Those experiences mean she understands the details of real estate closings, the mechanics of administrative investigations and the regulatory obligations that organizations face.
Outside the office she has taken on nonprofit and civic duties. She has served on the board of the Arkansas Hospice Foundation since 2015 and joined the board of the Maumelle Area Chamber of Commerce in 2017. She has been a member of the Arkansas State Bar since 2009 and belonged to the Junior League of Little Rock from 2011 until 2020. Those roles reflect a steady presence in community institutions and local governance.
Colleagues describe a lawyer who combines procedural knowledge with a willingness to handle detailed, often technical tasks. Her background at a state supreme court, followed by compliance and investigative posts, gives her a broad view of how rules are administered and enforced. That perspective informs her practice and how she advises clients on regulatory matters.
She is currently at Nash Law Office, P.A., where she handles matters that draw on her experience in housing, compliance, and transactional law. Her current practice focuses on housing, compliance, and transactional matters.
