About Justin

Justin Wyatt earned his law degree from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2015, after completing undergraduate studies in business management and marketing at Brigham Young University–Idaho in 2009. He combined classroom study and practical training at ASU to prepare for courtroom practice. The trajectory from a business undergraduate degree to a law degree shaped his approach to client matters and case strategy.

After law school, Wyatt began practicing in Arizona and gained admission to multiple federal and state courts. His name appears on filings in the Ninth Circuit and the Sixth Circuit, and he is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. He maintains active standing in Arizona bar circles and participates in local bar activities in Maricopa County.

Wyatt has been involved in trial work and client representation centered on injury and related civil matters. He handles cases that move through state courts and sometimes require federal filings. He represents individuals rather than corporations, and his docket shows work on motor vehicle collisions, premises liability claims, and other personal injury disputes. In court, he has worked on motions, discovery, and jury preparation. He approaches each matter with attention to evidence and witness testimony, and he prepares cases to be tried when settlement is not achievable.

Collegial engagement is part of his professional life. He holds memberships in the Maricopa County Bar Association, the Arizona Association for Justice, the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. These groups provide networking and continuing legal education opportunities. He also participates in local events and bar programs that address litigation practice and courtroom procedure.

Wyatt is based at Wyatt Injury Law, PLLC. At the firm he manages client intake, case development, and litigation tasks. He works with support staff and expert consultants when cases require technical analysis. He prioritizes thorough preparation for hearings and trials and aims to present evidence clearly to judges and juries.

Outside of court, he continues professional development through seminars and association activities. He maintains familiarity with federal and state procedural rules relevant to his practice. He lives and practices in Arizona and tries cases in venues across the state and in federal courts when necessary. His current practice focuses on representing individuals in personal injury matters and related civil litigation.
