About Justin Stefan
Justin Stefan Moriconi built his legal foundation in the classroom and carried it into a steady, orthodox career path. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2000 from Clemson University after beginning studies in 1996, majoring in pre-law and criminal justice. He then moved north to attend Widener University Delaware School of Law, where he completed his Juris Doctor in 2006.
After law school, Moriconi entered private practice and began accumulating hands-on experience. He joined Alan L. Frank Law Associates, P.C. as a lawyer in 2008. There he worked on client matters that required drafting pleadings, conducting legal research and appearing in administrative and judicial proceedings. Two years later he accepted a position at Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney, a move that broadened the scope of his day-to-day practice and exposed him to new litigation environments.
In 2016 he became a partner at Moriconi Flowers, Ltd. That step marked a shift from an employee role to firm leadership. As a partner, he has taken on responsibility for case management, client counseling and supervising junior attorneys. The role also involves administrative duties typical of law firm governance.
Over the course of his career Moriconi has handled a variety of matters common to private practice. His work has included drafting motions and pleadings, conducting discovery, participating in settlement negotiations and representing clients in hearings. He has practical courtroom experience as well as time spent on the transactional side of legal work. Moriconi is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and maintains active membership in professional associations. He participates in bar-related activities and maintains the professional contacts that support his practice.
